General Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of Simply Rustic Jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Sizing preferences
- Color variations
- Style preferences
Damaged, Broken, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
When contacting us, please include photographs of the item and its packaging.
If your return is approved:
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
- The returned item will be inspected upon receipt.
- Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are not responsible for return shipping and a shipping label will be emailed to you.
Additional Information
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
- Returns and exchanges for non-defective items are not accepted.
